Fmr Merkur Board Member Gets Two Years in Jail in Retrial

Ljubljana, 11 October - Former board member of hardware retailer Merkur Milan Jelovčan has been sentenced to two years in prison by the Ljubljana District Court in a retrial for his role in the EUR 9m defrauding of Merkur in the construction of a retail centre in Kranj (NW), the media reported on Friday.
