Bavčar in Renewed Request to Defer Prison
Ljubljana/Dob, 29 April - The Ljubljana District Court received on Wednesday yet another request for a sentence deferral from former Istrabenz boss Igor Bavčar, who was sentenced to seven years in prison for soliciting abuse of power and money laundering. The court has already postponed his sentence once for health reasons.
