Retrial Ordered in Money Laundering Case for Ex-Istrabenz Boss

Ljubljana, 9 September - The Supreme Court has ordered a retrial for former boss of the Istrabenz conglomerate Igor Bavčar and Kristjan Sušinski, a former adviser to Instrabenz, one of the lawyers in the money laundering case told the STA on Wednesday. No retrial will be held for the other two convicts in this case.
