Pahor and Sommaruga Back Quotas as Incomplete But Needed Approach

Ljubljana, 15 September - President Borut Pahor and visiting Swiss counterpart Simmoneta Sommaruga called in Ljubljana on Tuesday for a joint European policy on the refugees crisis. Both backed the introduction of quotas, adding they were not a comprehensive solution but necessary, while also urging solidarity with the refugees.
