Respite in sight despite continuation of refugee surge

Ljubljana, 27 October - The surge of refugees into Slovenia continued for the 11th straight day on Tuesday, but there were significant indications the situation on the ground has started to improve as cooperation with Croatian authorities took off and Slovenia started receiving much needed personnel and material aid.
