Slovenia could start building fence immediately if need be, PM says

Ljubljana, 28 October - Slovenia could start building a fence on its border immediately if the government concludes that this is needed, although it remains hopeful that EU measures will stem the flow of refugees, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said after Wednesday's session of the National Security Council.
