Speaker disappointed top court decided on procedure in marriage equality vote

Ljubljana, 29 October - Speaker Milan Brglez expressed disappointment on Thursday that the Constitutional Court failed to consider the contents of legislative changes introducing marriage equality for homosexuals when it decided to allow a referendum on the marriage and family relations act.
