President proposes "national plan" for refugee crisis

Ljubljana, 5 November - President Borut Pahor has proposed a "national plan of action" that Slovenia should adopt to deal with the refugee crisis in the absence of an EU-wide response, a blueprint that hinges on protecting borders and restricting the daily arrivals of migrants.
