Commission says EU members alone responsible for border measures

Brussels/Berlin/Vienna, 10 November - The European Commission said EU member states independently decide on the measures for securing their stretch of the external Schengen border, in a response to the Slovenian announcement on Tuesday that it will put up border barriers to control the flow of refugees.
