Fence in Slovenia ending Europe's openness, Delo says

Ljubljana, 11 November - Slovenia's decision to erect a fence on the border with Croatia shows that the country is slowly taking off its shoulders the too-heavy burden of the refugee crisis. Moreover, this is probably also a synchronised end to Europe's willingness to fully open itself to refugees, the daily Delo says on Wednesday.
