Slovenia starts erecting razor wire fence

Ljubljana, 11 November - Slovenia started to erect a razor wire fence along two sections of the border with Croatia, a move the government says is designed to control the flow of refugees and migrants into the country. The first effect, however, has been an escalation of tensions with Croatia.
