EU has to shrink Schengen or give it up, Delo says

Ljubljana, 5 December - To face the refugee crisis, the EU has two possibilities, both uncomfortable, the daily Delo says on Saturday. It can either sacrifice the Schengen zone or establish an EU fortress.
