Court to hand down sentence for former Merkur boss
Ljubljana, 19 January - Bine Kordež, the former boss of hardware retailer Merkur, will receive his sentence on Tuesday after he reached a plea bargain with the prosecution on 11 charges of white collar crime related to the 2010 management buyout of his old firm.
