Cerar urges EU aid for Macedonia to control borders
Ljubljana, 18 January - Prime Minister Miro Cerar proposed to other EU leaders that the bloc should offer help with controlling borders not only to Greece but also to Macedonia. According to him, "a second line of defence" would be sensible on the Greek-Macedonian border to help stop illegal migrants who managed to get into Greece.
