Large sections of razor wire removed from Kolpa banks

Metlika/Črnomelj/Kostel, 20 January - Large sections of razor wire fence erected along the bordering river Kolpa have been removed in recent days following protests by locals and due to the risk that the river will sweep away portions of the fence, local officials have revealed.
