Večer calls Austria's border restrictions "another collapse"

Maribor, 21 January - By announcing the collapse of the Schengen system in mid-March unless a systemic solution to the refugee crisis is found, EU President Donald Tusk showed he is not capable of admitting that the system collapsed at least a year ago, the daily Večer says on Thursday.
