Delo concerned about ramifications of EU's failure to act on refugee crisis

Ljubljana, 5 February - The EU's failure to take joint action in response to the refugee crisis has produced a domino effect of solo measures, which are in turn creating a third category of people in the EU, Delo writes on Friday.
