Cerar: Solution for EU's external borders still elusive

Brussels, 18 February - Arriving to the EU summit dedicated to the migration crisis in Brussels on Thursday, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said expectations of the meeting were very diverse but that for now a joint European solution at the bloc's external borders seemed still elusive.
