Delo says refugee crisis measures deal only with aftershocks

Ljubljana, 1 March - Even the most ambitious proposals to resolve the migration crisis actually tackle only aftershocks of the crisis in the European neighbourhood, while epicentres still remain unpredictable, the daily Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary.
