State attorney facing sanctions for costly inaction

Ljubljana, 5 April - A state attorney faces disciplinary sanctions and criminal charges, having been singled out as the main culprit for Slovenia's failure to challenge a EUR 8.7m penalty imposed by the EU for funds misuse.
