Right to drinking water to get into constitution

Ljubljana, 3 November - The parliamentary Constitutional Commission endorsed on Thursday a bill that would amend the Constitution with the right to drinking water. Its chair Milan Brglez said this was a "new and important step" towards enshrining the right to water in the Constitution and protecting water resources for future generations.
