Banka Slovenije, commercial banks face damage suits over bailout

Ljubljana, 8 December - Representatives of shareholders and junior bondholders wiped out in the 2013 bank bailout announced Thursday they would shortly file a class action suit against Banka Slovenije and other major banks which were bailed out, in order to beat the looming statute of limitations.
