Covert industrial action of GPs under way

Ljubljana, 24 January - While the doctors' strike is officially still frozen after November's provisional agreement with the government, it was revealed on Tuesday that general practitioners, disgruntled over unmet promises, began their own disobedience campaign on 12 January by starting to refer an increased number of patients to specialists.
