Report: Verbund resorts to torpedo litigation

Maribor, 4 March - Austrian utility Verbund, which is believed to have contributed to the massive damage caused in 2012 by the swollen river Drava, has launched a negative lawsuit against Slovenia before an Austrian court, the daily Večer reports. This could significantly delay or even suspend proceedings in Slovenia, according the paper.
