Case labelled a landmark by NGOs seen as not relevant to aliens act

Ljubljana, 27 March - The Interior Ministry has rejected assertions by NGOs that a recent decision by the Constitutional Court, which ruled that personal circumstances should have been considered in the decision to deport a Roma family from Kosovo, could potentially undermine amendments to the aliens act.
