Kansai Paint completes Helios takeover
Domžale, 3 April - Slovenian coatings producer Helios has passed into the sole ownership of Japan's Kansai Paint after the takeover agreement signed in December 2016 was finalised on Friday following regulatory approval in all the countries concerned.
