Minority proposes tweaking draft Carinthian constitution

Klagenfurt/Ljubljana, 20 April - The umbrella organisations of the Slovenian minority in Austria's Carinthia proposed on Thursday a minor change in the latest version of the draft provincial constitution, adopted by the ruling coalition on Wednesday, to explicitly commit the province to protection of the language, culture and existence of the minority.
