Govt appoints Gregor Planteu as its trustee on Mercator board

Ljubljana, 8 May - The government appointed on Monday Gregor Planteu, a small business owner who also chairs the Celje handball club, as its trustee on the board of retailer Mercator in line with the recently adopted law that allows it to appoint a crisis manager to prevent the diversion of funds from systemically important companies.
