Higher Court upholds guilty rulings in Istrabenz case

Ljubljana, 24 May - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld guilty rulings against former Istrabez CEO Igor Bavčar and his co-defendants, the Sušinski brothers, in the final verdict of a retrial over a 2007 chain sale of a stake in the Istrabenz conglomerate. Bavčar got five years in prison.
