Supreme Court rejects Šrot's appeal in Laško MBO case
Ljubljana, 22 September - The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal on a point of law by former Pivovarna Laško boss Boško Šrot, who is serving a prison sentence in a case concerning the financing of the 2008-2009 leveraged management buyout of the beverage group, and by company Atka Prima, which was used as the buyout vehicle by Šrot.
