Finance says questions remain about Koper-Divača rail project

Ljubljana, 25 September - While Prime Minister Miro Cerar is the winner of the Koper-Divača rail upgrade referendum, the main questions about the project remain unanswered as the referendum did not make them go away, the business newspaper Finance says in Monday's commentary.
