MPs adopt authentic interpretation over phone-tapping evidence

Ljubljana, 22 November - The National Assembly has adopted an authentic interpretation of the criminal procedure act in the part dealing with deadlines for prosecution based on phone-tapping evidence after a court suppressed such evidence against Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković on the grounds that the deadline for prosecution was missed.
