AIK Banka gets final nod to take over Gorenjska Banka

Ljubljana, 6 November - The central banks has greenlighted the takeover of Gorenjska Banka by the Serbian AIK Banka. Banka Slovenije gave the go-ahead for the Serbian bank to increase its stake in the Kranj-based bank to over 50% on 29 October, according to the central bank's web page.
