Institute notes large share of independents among mayoral candidates

Ljubljana, 15 November - Commenting on the local election campaign, the Ljubljana-based International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) has highlighted the high number of mayoral candidates running as independents. The institute also feels Sunday's elections will be a test of sorts for the ruling Marjan Šarec List.
