Delo says Popovič could be defeated in election run-off

Ljubljana, 20 November - The newspaper Delo suggests in Tuesday's commentary that incumbent Koper Mayor Boris Popovič, who is in for a run-off for the first time in his mayoral career, is making a fool of his citizens when he says that his election campaign was peaceful and non-offensive.
