Mail-in ballots count confirms Bržan's victory in Koper

Koper, 3 December - Aleš Bržan, a radio host, is the new mayor of Koper, as postal ballots, added to Sunday's tally on Monday, did not change the election outcome. The Koper electoral commission said he had defeated outgoing Mayor Boris Popovič by a mere seven votes.
