Finance unhappy with public institutions in Koper vote
Ljubljana, 4 December - Commenting on the narrow win of Aleš Bržan in the mayoral run-off against long-serving Koper Mayor Boris Popovič, the newspaper Finance says on Tuesday that public institutions, the Ministry of Public Administration and electoral commissions, failed completely communication-wise.
