Another attempt by Adris to get approval for Sava Re takeover fails in court

Ljubljana, 27 June - The newspaper Delo reports on Saturday that the Croatian group Adris and its subsidiary, insurance company Croatia Osiguranje, failed once again in getting approval to increase their share in Sava Re, Slovenia's second biggest insurer to just below takeover threshold of 33%.
