Judge Kogovšek Šalamon disqualified from RTV Slovenija case

Ljubljana, 13 April - The Constitutional Court has disqualified one of the judges, Neža Kogovšek Šalamon, from the high-profile case concerning public broadcaster RTV Slovenija while rejecting two more disqualification motions, the STA has learnt. One judge having disqualified himself before, it will now be up to seven judges to reach a final decision.
