Ministry proposes changes to International Protection Act
Ljubljana, 7 December - The Interior Ministry has sent for public consultation changes to the International Protection Act, which it says aim to eliminate the deficiencies that emerged in practice and simplify procedures due to the growing number of applications. These include changes in legal representation of unaccompanied minors and extension of subsidiary protection.
