Legal basis created for damage claims from health insurers

Ljubljana, 21 December - The government laid down on Thursday the legal basis allowing top-up health insurance providers to apply for compensation of damage they incurred after the government capped the monthly top-up health insurance premiums this summer at nearly EUR 36 as an intermediary step in the complete abolition of this type of insurance.
