Coalition says Kos excellent choice for EU commissioner
Ljubljana, 9 September - Coalition parties welcomed on Monday the government's decision to put forward Marta Kos, a former diplomat and presidential candidate, as Slovenia's new candidate for EU Commissioner. They highlighted Kos's references and experience in the field of diplomacy. Prime Minister Robert Golob moreover described her as a sworn European.
