Local Elections: Good Indicator of What Still Needs to Be Done

Ljubljana, 8 November - This year's local elections have been overshadowed by the presidential ballot, as they will be both underway on the same day, 10 November. Only seemingly less important than the presidential elections, local elections will also be a telltale indicator halfway through the parliament's four-year term on the voters' disposition and things that need to be done until the next general elections, scheduled for 2004.
