Ljubljana, 10 November - Slovenia's outgoing President Milan Kucan did not wish to predict the outcome of today's presidential elections as he cast his vote at one of Ljubljana's polling stations Sunday morning. Asked whether he expected incumbent Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek to win in the first round, Kucan said "everything will be clear in the evening".
