TV SLO Exit Polls: Run-Off Needed as Drnovsek Gains 46.3%, Brezigar 27.8%

Ljubljana, 10 November - A run-off for the Slovenian presidency will be required, as exit poll results released by the public TV Slovenija network suggest that Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek received 46.3 percent of the vote, while conservative candidate Barbara Brezigar mustered 27.8 percent. The two are thus expected to face-off in the second round on 1 December.
