Incumbents on Track for Second Term in Ljubljana and Maribor

Ljubljana, 10 November - Incumbent mayors of the Slovenian capital Ljubljana and second-largest city Maribor, Viktorija Potocnik and Boris Sovic, are ahead in the race for mayor, according to exit polls conducted by public broadcaster TV Slovenija. Potocnik of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) was given 36.1 percent, while Sovic, the candidate of the United List (ZLSD) came to as much as 47 percent.
