Voting at Diplomatic Missions Reflects Results Back Home

Ljubljana, 10 November - The first unofficial results of voting for the Slovenian president at the country's embassies and consulates around the world depict a similar picture to the scenario back home. According to the National Election Commission's unofficial results, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek has won the vote at the majority of diplomatic missions where ballots have been counted, while he is followed by SDS and NSi-backed challenger Barbara Brezigar.
