Press: Era of Kucan is Ending

Maribor, 10 November - The era of President Milan Kucan, who has served two full terms, is ending with the selection of a new head of state. Even before the first term, when the Constitution was not in place yet, he was head of the Slovenian presidency. He has thus been at the symbolic top longer than any of his successors will ever be, Vecer notes in its Monday edition.
