Ljubljana, 14 November - Many people are already assuming that the turnout at the presidential runoff will be substantially lower. We should therefore recall over the coming days the letter written by the Slovenian bishops, which says that, as citizens and Christians, we are obliged to take part in the elections, says Thursday's edition of a leading Slovenian Catholic weekly.
