Anton Rop New Prime Minister Designate

Ljubljana, 11 December - The outgoing Finance Minister Anton Rop has been appointed Slovenia's new prime minister designate by the parliament. In a secret ballot on Wednesday, he was given a green light in a vote 63 against 24. To get elected, he required 46 "yes" votes in the 90-seat parliament.
